Tracking a deal from first interest to Fees Collected only helps if the board doing the tracking shows what’s actually happening. The Deals Pipeline now has its own dedicated board, with every column, filter, and card built specifically for this workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A card tells you what you need to know at a glance, including a deal’s available size, percent filled, company logo, and the buyer or introducer’s name, and clicking any name opens that profile directly. Moving a deal into Fees Collected or Deal Canceled shows its matching color and status, a deal keeps its place on the board when you navigate away and come back, and opening a card’s detail drawer takes you straight to its transaction fields and notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Filters search the full, current set of deals, so results keep pace as the pipeline grows, and the board works the same way on your phone as it does on desktop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Smart Address Book<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Contact details change all the time, as people switch roles, move offices, and pick up new email addresses. A new Edit Contact modal opens with every editable field ready to use, including Full Name and Job Title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contact records hold the details you work with, including separate State\/Province and Zip\/Postal fields on an address and more than one email address per contact, and an individual can be saved with just a name. Imported contacts come in with their full details and land in the right bucket, and the “Match instead” flow opens in a sidebar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assigning categories to a contact includes a direct link into the Category Editor, with a clear prompt when no categories exist yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fund Pages From Setup to Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A fund’s track record doesn’t start the day it joins Gamma Prime. Fund setup includes a section for previous years’ audits, and for master-feeder structures, each feeder holds its own set of audit records. Setting up a US fund includes a dropdown for Investment Company Act exemption status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A fund page tells one consistent story. Each return figure is labeled with what it measures, and the Annual Net Returns chart plots every reported month for funds with monthly reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Browse Funds presents every fund in a single card style with a unified logo treatment. Filters on the fund page include a reset control, and the fund inception calendar has a full-height view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new My Notes page in Manage Account brings every note you’ve authored, across funds, the address book, and deals, into one searchable, filterable place, so any note is easy to find again wherever it was written.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Cleaner Deal and Offer Creation Flow<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A deal starts with a handful of numbers, and every one of them has to be right. Amount and target valuation fields accept numbers only, a total offer amount is held to its minimum ticket size, and the offer size field is labeled “Ticket Size”. Confidential Notes on a demand entry come with a character limit, a tooltip, and a resize handle for long text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company profile page inside Deals and the offer fill progress view both have a new design, and a market depth and order book card shows demand and supply for an offer right on its page. You can create an offer or demand entry straight from a company’s own page, and filters behave the same way whether you’re looking at a single company or the global view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
