I\u2019ll give myself three minutes to do this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most people obsess about returns. It\u2019s not about returns. If you want three times the S&amp;P 500, you can do that right now\u2014just lever up with futures. When the stock market goes up 5%, your account goes up 15%. When it drops 20%, your account drops 60%. So it\u2019s not about returns\u2014it\u2019s about returns versus risk. And risk is the easiest part of the equation to modify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s how you get 3x better.<br>This is one hedge fund on our platform. The annualized return is about 22%, but it\u2019s volatile\u2014you\u2019d need a vomit bag to hold it. Blend it with two other funds, and it gets smoother. Blend it with six, even smoother. After ten, the drawdown was only 0.65% during the tariff tantrum, while the overall return stayed around 22%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Sharpe ratio of that portfolio is 3.7, compared to 0.8 for the single fund\u2014literally 3x better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But there\u2019s a catch. To get that result, those ten assets must be uncorrelated. They can\u2019t all move together. Ten altcoins won\u2019t work\u2014they move as one. Even a diversified stock portfolio\u2014Pfizer, Apple, McDonald\u2019s\u2014looks diverse until a market crash hits. Then everything falls together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To truly diversify, you need unique, uncorrelated assets. Most hedge funds play with stocks, bonds, and government debt. Even Bitcoin behaves like a risk asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Gamma Prime, we focus on the other side.
